Cancellation Policy

1. What’s Included – Monthly Package (£150) * One 60-minute video mentoring session per month * Verbal feedback during the session on up to 5,000 words of submitted work * Email support: up to two short email queries per week (see section 6) * Payment via an online booking link which will be sent to you, due before submission of material 2. Submitting Work for Feedback * You may submit up to 5,000 words per month * This can include:
– A section of your manuscript 
– A synopsis or pitch
– A query letter or similar submission material * Work must be submitted at least 7 days before your scheduled session * Please include any specific questions you’d like addressed in the same email 3. Video Sessions * Sessions last 60 minutes * Verbal feedback is given during the session – no written report or tracked changes are included unless agreed separately (see section 7) * Both parties agree to give at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling 4. Cancellations & Booking Continuation * This is a rolling monthly agreement * You must confirm within 7 days of your last session (or during your session) if you wish to continue mentoring for the following month * If no confirmation is received within 7 days, your slot may be released * If you need to cancel a month, let Tracy know 2 weeks in advance 5. Invoicing & Payment * You will receive a payment link upon booking for you to pay via PayPal * Payment is due before any work is submitted for review * Late payment may result in rescheduling or cancellation of that month’s session 6. Email Support You may email up to two times per week with brief queries. These should be focused questions that can be answered quickly. 7. Disclaimer While I will support your development as a writer to the best of my ability, mentoring does not guarantee publication or representation. All advice is based on my personal experience as a published author and mentor. I can't wait to start mentoring you!
