Cancellation Policy

Thanks so much for booking a tutorial. These 30-minute sessions are via Curtis Brown Creative, and the aim is to give you a friendly space to ask questions and talk through your report. Bookings: Please book using the link provided. You’ll get a confirmation once your slot is secured. Changing your appointment:
If something comes up (life happens!), just try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing tracy@tracy-buchanan.com so I can offer the slot to someone else. Or you can reschedule through the booking link. Running late: If you’re a little late, no worries, I’ll still be there. Email me at tracy@tracy-buchanan.com to let me know. If you're delayed by more than 20 minutes, we may need to reschedule if I have another session waiting. Tech bits: Sessions are held via Zoom, so please just make sure you download and sign into Zoom, that you’ve got a decent connection and a quiet-ish space if possible.
