Our day retreats are designed especially for writers who want to get words on the page, reconnect with their stories and enjoy a sense of creative community.​ Some retreats offer a pure chance to simply write all day, in beautiful surroundings with your fellow authors. Other retreats take a more 'workshop' approach, led by bestselling author and Savvy Writers founder, Tracy Buchanan. 

 

All retreats are held in a stunning converted barn at The Old Dairy — a beautiful 17th century house tucked away in the Northamptonshire countryside. A platter lunch is supplied, with tea, coffee and homemade cake on hand to fuel your muse.
